ATOL 2524

Tall Stories is a member of ATOL, member number 2524 . Our ATOL membership provides protection for monies paid to us involving flights. Should an ATOL member become insolvent, money paid to us for flights will be returned to you through the ATOL system.

Unless we book a "low cost airline", flights will be booked with other ATOL holders, and flight bookings are subject to their booking conditions. When a flight booking has been accepted by us, we shall issue you an ATOL Receipt, which confirms that the money for the flight is held by us. A contract will exist between you and us, the ATOL holder, once we issue a confirmation invoice. If you would prefer to travel with a "low cost airline" we will book flights on your behalf, but you must pay the money for the flight in full direct to the "low cost airline". A contract will then exist between you and the "low cost airline". All other arrangements offered by us are provided under a separate contract from the flight arrangements, and will be separately invoiced. (Tall Stories prices do not include flights but do include the transfer from the resort airport to the resort.)

ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
