The hardest part of any event is the fundraising! The best idea is to break it down into manageable chunks so you can see your funds steadily increasing. It is not always a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket with a single fundraising event especially if it is close to the departure date.
The trick with fundraising within a group of fellow fundraisers is to make it fun and make it interesting for other people to participate in your event. The general rule is leave no stone unturned – ask everyone!
